This heightened demand stems from various sectors, including technology, finance, healthcare, and entertainment, all seeking robust and scalable infrastructure to store, process, and transmit data. Transforming a defunct coal plant site into a carbon sink presents a multifaceted opportunity with cast environmental, economic, and social benefits.
